Before ordering, PLEASE confirm that your TV or digital products do have 3.5mm AUX output, USB output or RCA output or Bluetooth. And pls make sure the surround sound function on the TV needs to be OFF for the soundbar to work properly.
Please remove the transparent plastic at the button of the controller when you use the remote controller.
The remote controller only suitable for bluetooth mode or TF card mode.

Q1: There is a noise sound when I plug in the 3.5mm AUX cable?
A1: Maybe the audio cable is not fully inserted into the soundbar.
Q2: Why the Bluetooth does not connect properly?
A2: Please check whether you have beyond the Bluetooth range or the soundbar is low battery, it need to be charged.
Q3: Is there a problem with the microphone function?
A3: It may be that your phone signal is poor or there is a problem with the network.
Q4: Why the volume is so feeble?
A4: You need to increase the volume on your device firstly, and then use the speaker knob to adjust your favorite volume.
