★ This is a long range, high quality, aptX Low Latency USB Bluetooth AUDIO transmitter. It ONLY supports Audio Transmission, and is NOT for keyboards , mouse devices, game controllers or data transfer.
★ Please use stable current power adapter to avoid static sound. Do not put this device on any metal object or put any blocks between transmitter and receiver. When transmitter signal is disturbed or blocked, it may also cause sound discontinuity/lag.
★This transmitter come with 3.5mm AUX cable , if you order this for TV, please make sure your TV support 3.5mm AUX output and it’s working. USB port on TV can supply power for transmitter only, you need to connect it with your TV by the 3.5mm AUX cable or your own aux to SPDIF cable.
★ Please make sure the audio drop out issue is not caused by slow network speed if you’re watching videos or streaming music from an online source.
★ Operation range can be affected by Wi-Fi routers, physical obstructions (people, walls etc.) and also depends on receiving device. Please test your receiving Bluetooth device with a mobile phone to confirm the range is acceptable and removing your Wi-Fi routers away from computer.Install the antenna for better and stable connection with other Bluetooth devices.
★ Due to the differences of Bluetooth receiver chip solutions and transmission protocols, there may be unpaired issues. We’re making continuous efforts to optimize them. Please read the manual carefully before using, and for any malfunction diagnosis that’s not found in the manual, please feel free to contact seller directly for help.
