1. root cause: we sold is only remote, most customer forget to install new battery,
Action plan: have added the notes, to remind customer to install brand new battery firstly.

2. Root Cause: some customer used is re-chargeable battery, the re-chargerable battery is not standard output voltage, most are below 3.3v, so the remote do not work well
Action plan: we have added the notes, to remind customer to use brand new alkaline battery. do not use re-chargeable battery
